I wish they keep selling this product.

Extremely lightweight and natural. I have super sensitive skin, prone to breakouts, and I honestly haven’t broken out once from this. (I’m serious—a few hours after I have other foundations on, I gain new pimples.) The downside is that it isn’t super long-wearing. You have to be careful when applying because it’s easy to smudge off before setting it with powder. I’d also recommend using a drop of face oil when getting it out of the pan, as it can be a bit dry. This sounds like a lot of complaints, so hear me out—if you NEED makeup that’s clean, gentle, and overall very nice to your skin, ITS WORTH IT. It’s worth having to mess with a little more than an easy liquid foundation. The coverage is easily medium, but it’s also buildable. It looks like your skin but better. It covers up my scarring almost entirely with one little swipe. So the stuff is good, but if you want full glam long wear foundation, this isn’t it. If you love the natural look and want your skin to BREATHE and be healthy, I’d fully recommend.

I have slowly been switching over all my beauty to be "clean". I have tried a few other products from Honest Beauty and decided to also try out the foundation. I really love it. I know there are a few remarks regarding the application, but I'll just wash my hands, dab my finger in the foundation and dab around my face. I'll then buff the foundation all over with a flat kabuki brush. I am very fair completed with red/auburn hair. The shade works beautifully with my skin tone. I would say it has a medium coverage and a beautiful satin finish. I have been using this product for a full week and haven't had any breakouts and I have VERY acne prone and sensitive skin. If you're wanting a full coverage foundation, this is definitely build-able. I work as an event planner and just want a natural, healthy, glow for an every day look. I have been impressed with all the honest products I have tried so far and this is no different.

Other products by this brand have not caused breakouts. Unfortunately this one seemed to really irritate my skin :/

My favorite makeup was disccontinued about 5 years ago. I went on a quest to find a replacement, trying so many brands I lost count. None of them provided the coverage I wanted or color match. Most importantly, it is hard to find cream makeup which is what I want. Then the pandemic hit and I gave up as I wore a mask everyday due to working in public. I received this brand today and I could tell this was it! The shade Honey is a perfect match for me. It went on so smooth and I need minimal coverage. I like the fact it contains some oil. I have very dry skin so this is good for me. If you feel it is too much for you, just use a finishing powder. I have no problems with believing this will last all day, especially if you are using a finishing powder. I hope this brand will be around for a long time.

Ugh, I wanted to love this! I'm 32 with normal to sometimes dry skin. Pros: Coverage is buildable, covers redness well. Cons: Everything else. This isn't very creamy and feels tacky to try to blend. It looks HORRIBLE on any dry spots, the areas around my nose looked flaky. It also made my pores look huge.

Love the color for me. Really blends w/my natural skin color and can build up coverage on my dark spots. Sometimes looked dry. Need to be sure to use a moisturizer just before applying. Lasts well. As for it sinking into lines, I just double check w/a magnifying mirror (always use) and pat those areas with my finger. Use a brush or puff to apply in "dots" over face, the blend, blend with a BRUSH for best results. Addendum: I hadn't been using for awhile, don't remember why. Tried it again today and it was great. Remember not to use too much at a time and read the directions within the product information, above. Also, use brushes. You can use your old makeup sponge to smooth over large pore sections, but fingers work too. And Remember To Follow the Directions. Small amounts. Blend, blend. Build up if needed. If it sinks into lines, I think the application was to heavy.

I’m dark in complexion, so finding foundations isn’t very easy. It’s a just a smidge darker than my normal skin tone, but summer is right around the corner and it makes my skin look moisturized, so I don’t mind. It also evens out once spread and blended (as seen in second picture). It spreads easily on my skin and is buildable without looking cakey. It also has a pleasant smell, which is a plus. I’m a beginner when it comes to make-up, so this was perfect for someone who has no idea what they’re doing. My skin looked even and natural which I liked!
