Q: does this contain frondoside A?

Hello, I am reading the list of ingredients for Swanson Sea Cucumber 500mg per capsule. It has the main ingredient to be Sea Cucumber (of course) 1 g* and the other ingredients are Microcystalline cellulose (plant fiber), gelatin, magnesium stearate. It does not have frondoside A. Take good care!

Q: what species is this from?

Unfortunately the bottle doesn't says nothing about it. However I don't find it hilarious at all because the kind of species has something to do with its positive aspect for your health. Most probably is Apostichopus californicus but you have to confirm with the manufacturer which maybe is not Swanson (they pay others to sent semi finished material just for bottling an labeling)
