Nice looking. Very lightweight cheap plastic.
I just got this.. unfortunately I was missing the straw part…. I’m gonna have to try to track down a straw.. it looks great and matches my faucet, but the material is light weight plastic. I don’t know how long it’ll last. Maybe it will.

Great Product
Replaced the faucet in our kitchen and needed something for the other hole in our granite. This worked perfectly.

This is the unit you want NOT the touch dispenser!
We actually have the Venetian Bronze version of this *dispenser* BOTH the pump and the "touch dispenser". The touch dispenser is USELESS. It takes sometimes 5 or more touches or gestures to make the touch dispenser actually dispense soap. Our soap (Dawn) is thinned just as we always have done in order to keep the pump from clogging (and so as to not waste soap), but on touch unit what appears to happen is that the soap just runs back down into the chamber and doesn't make it out of the nozzle. The net result is that it takes sometimes 5 or more touches before you get any soap at all... and it's not just five touches it is touch... wait.. wait.. (pump runs) .. nothing. Touch .. wait .. wait (pump runs) .. nothing. (repeat)We replaced the touch model with this good-old press-to-dispense model and it is not only much cheaper, but much, much less frustrating. It actually dispenses soap when you push it - every time once it has been primed once.Another consideration between the touch unit and this manual one is that the base of the touch unit - the under-counter reservoir - is "BIG" compared to the more modestly sized push dispenser. You may find you don't have enough space between the sink and the dispenser for the touch unit to fit properly. Ours touch dispenser fit, but that is because this was an entirely new installation on an entirely new sink and counter top. The push dispenser takes up less space. In Summary:Save yourself the frustration, and about $100 expense and get the "real push" dispenser (this unit) NOT the touch dispenser.I did knock off 1/2 a star because as others have pointed out, the unit is plastic, and may not hold up to heavy use. But the flip of that is it actually works and it matches our faucet. Indeed our touch Cassidy faucet also has a plastic part - the head / nozzle... but we don't expect to be mashing on the head of the faucet. Oh, and the instructions indicated it comes with a fill funnel, but that was NOT in the box.

Looks nice, works ok, it's plastic.
It's shiny, it's plastic, it's expensive. I bought this on here because the description said made with Brass. BS it is, light as a feather. Plastic construction, with chrome-ish paint. Sadly I will keep it due to need to match my faucet. It was easy for me to install, due to the fact I'm 6'2", and have long arms. My little wifey, would need to climb into the base cabinet to install it. This part was installed pretty quick, and does look nice. My 4 stars is due to it being plastic for $36.00. Seems to pump well, we use 2 different pumps at our kitchen sink. 1 for dish soap, the other for hand soap. Time will tell, and I'll update if there's an issue.

Looks good, functions perfectly. Take note of how to Fill It!
It's easy to re-fill the soap bottle! At first, I thought, what a PAIN this will be to refill the bottle with soap. It seemed that I would need to lay on my back under the sink, unscrew and remove the bottle, fill it with soap, and lay on my back again to screw it back on!Because you have to lay on your back for the installation! But my contractor made me feel stupid when he showed me that you just pull the spout off from the top, and just pour the soap in. Felt pretty stupid, but the contractor told me he once thought the same way I did!

Pretty addition to sink and sink faucet —-
I like this soap dispenser. It goes really well with my new Delta faucet and it works easily. Even so, I think the price is a little high - seem to be charging more for the color. Also, the Amazon picture shows my faucet set on a plate (which covers sink holes). But the plate does NOT come with the faucet - you have to order it separately, which adds $55 to the $373.00 faucet! The picture was definitely misleading.

Cheap made plastic not brass
Anybody that is looking for a soup dispenser please don't buy this . It soupouse to be made of brass don't fall for it ,it's just weak plastic paint to look like brass . Broke after short time using it.

Works great. Love the lifetime warranty and especially the fact ...
It was exactly what it said it would. Works great. Love the lifetime warranty and especially the fact that you can fill it above deck so no neck breaking maneuvers to try to take the bottle out from underneath the sink. Easy as pie.
