I am not much of a drinker, but I cook with wine and use it to deglaze my pans. It often takes me 3, 4, sometimes 5 meals to go through a bottle. This fits over the neck of the bottle, you set the level of vacuum you want, press the top until the vacuum is achieved. It's simple and effective. I have noticed that the wine keeps very well for a week, and seems to have a limit of about 2 weeks. There are better and much more expensive systems available, but my high end bottles run $15 to $25. This works beautifully for my needs.

These work amazing! Kept wine fresh for _weeks_ in the fridge! I’ve not tried sparkling so can’t speak to preserving bubbles, but flavor, aroma, and overall freshness stayed excellent for over a month opening it just a few times during that span. Pressing the top with the dial set to max takes almost no effort and a dozen presses at most to reach where it can’t even rise enough to press back down anymore, really more like half a dozen if you plan to use it up sooner. Build quality and materials are excellent and looking inside its cap you can see how leaks become impossible with this thing as long as you don’t disturb the snug fit (i.e. don’t bend or rotate it around the top). Outstanding product, thrilled to have found a high-quality implementation of this idea!

Non bevo molto vino e quando apro una bottiglia mi dura parecchi giorni, per questo motivo ho voluto provare questi tappi sottovuoto. Sono ben realizzati con un materiale tipo ABS, la parte interna invece è in silicone, li ho utilizzati sia su una bottiglia di fino frizzante dal collo largo, sia su una bottiglia di vino tradizionale ed in entrambi i casi sigillano egregiamente, nel caso del vino frizzante anche a distanza di giorni dall'apertura la differenza è davvero minima. Per utilizzarli basta spingere il tappo bene fino in fondo e poi pigiare il pulsantone, a seconda di quando vino c'è nella bottiglia ci vorranno più meno pompate, ad esempio con la bottiglia mezza piena mi bastano una decina di pompate. Per togliere il tappo si può anche premere il pulsante fino in fondo e l'aria viene rilasciata nella bottiglia. Tramite la serigrafia è anche possibile impostare un giorno da 1 a 31, cosi ci si ricorda il giorno in cui si è aperta la bottiglia. La spedizione è stata come di consueto impeccabile, il packaging è gradevole e lo rende idoneo anche nel caso si voglia fare un regalo. In relazione al rapporto qualità prezzo mi trovo soddisfatto del mio acquisto. Mi auguro che questa mia recensione possa tornare utile ad altre persone.

Benutze ihn jeden Tag und selbst festsitzende Korken lassen sich mit dem Korkenzieher aus stabilem Kunststoff leicht entfernen. Die beschichtete Metallspindel lässt sich sehr leicht eindrehen, der Korken zieht sich durch drehen des Griffes kinderleicht heraus und kann auch leicht aus dem Gehäuse entfernt werden. Auch den Folienschneider finde ich sehr gut, da man ohne Verletzungsgefahr die Folie von der Flasche entfernen kann. Außerdem gehört noch ein Ausgießer und ein Vakuumstopper zum Set. Aufgrund der schönen Verpackung auch gut als Geschenk geeignet. Fazit: Gute Qualität und sehr gute Handhabung zum günstigen Preis.
