Very happy with this, as I was suffering with right sided hip pain that was very painful by the morning being someone who sleeps on their side. Rather than take up the doctors time I decided to self help by trying this first and wow what a difference even with only one nights use and hopefully my hip pain will improve further. Item is well made with a washable cover and memory foam inner, bought on deal at under £14 it was a steal and is something that actually works for me. Of course if you try it and your pain continues then always seek medical advice.

Super helpful for pregnancy. Sleep has been really difficult while pregnant. Sleeping on your side means all of you weight goes through whichever hip you're laying on. I've been pulling my top leg up and over to compensate for this, but then you're left with glute pain which is just as annoying and wakes you up just as often. I ordered this pillow and started sleeping with it between my legs - amazing! Hip pain is still there but no more glute pain. Only downside is it's a bit of a struggle to get the cover off, so I've only washed it the one time. Price is maybe a little high for what it is, but it does help.

This is a brilliant cushion, I can't sleep without it now. I am so much more comfcomfortable in bed.

Literally one of the most resistant and comfy. Specially if you suffer pain in your knees or Hips. I had one for a long time before and am now ordering another for my Wife. As she also suffers from hips and knee pain as most of us do when we’re sadly not so young. You can put any cover on them that are made for this design. Sadly this company does not sell spares

I have always been a side sleeper and due to chronic pain problems which are getting progressively worse I was considering getting a full length body pillow, but I didn't really want to get something that large taking up so much room in my bed, so when I discovered this by accident while looking for side sleeper pillows I was very pleased. It arrived the next day with prime delivery and came with a removable (with difficulty) cover which can be tumble dried which makes life much easier (although getting the cover back on isn't that easy.) The cover is a slightly stretchy cream coloured terry towelling type fabric with a small zip at one end. It would be easier to remove and replace the cover if the zip ran the length of the pillow, I'm not sure why they haven't thought of this as it is really difficult, particularly putting the cover back on. However, that is only a minor consideration when you think of the usefulness of the knee pillow. Prior to buying this I would just use a normal bedroom cushion/pillow/part of the duvet bunched up which didn't always work magnificently, so sometimes when I woke up my hips were in pure agony. This seems to be working pretty well so far, I shall amend my review if I have any problems with it in the future.
