Sitz Bath Spray contains a small amount of alcohol used during the extraction process of the herbs. The feedback that we hear from moms is that Sitz Bath Spray is soothing and has a cooling effect. Is this product gluten free? I see grain alcohol listed in the ingredients list.

How do you remove the straw? It seems like it is on there pretty tightly

Generally, the straw will just come out with a good pull and maybe a little wiggling. If you find that that isn't working for the sprayer top you have, snipping the straw with scissors close to the cap should also enable upside-down spraying.
