Height: 8” sticks (ground to top of block is 11”) 12” sticks (ground to top of blocks is 15”) 18" sticks (ground to top of block is 21”) Dimensions: 23.5" X 12.5" X .75” (base); 6 X 3 ½ X 2 ¼ (hand blocks) Width between canes: 14" Optional 3mm yoga mat can be applied to the bottom. Thread locker is applied to the hand block threads so after the first assembly they will spin loose at the base.
