Do additional applications continue to darken? or does it no further darken after the original application?

No, once the original application is done the darkening effect is permanent. Once this cures 2nd applications typically don't do anything. I have been using this product for 15 years and it is honestly the best all around sealer/enhancer there is. I am a full time professional stone fabricator/installer and I put it on every one of my installations.

can this product being reapplied, if it has been applied previously?

Yes. I’ve applied it every year or so.

I have used this product on my granite bathroom floor. After it's cured, can i use Bona Pro Series Stone, Tile & Laminate Refresher for maintenance?

I don't know. I'm not familiar with Bona products. I use Enrich n Seal on my granite kitchen countertops.

Can I use it on slate after using 511 Seal and Enhance 3 years ago?

I did, rich look comes right back. It was on outdoor travertine, but not sure slate would be much different.
