Does what it is supposed to do.

Works mostly fine on the Huawei P30 Pro. There is noticeable static, but not as bad as I've seen other reviews describe. The adapter also randomly causes my Contacts App to open, which is very strange.

Connector gets VERY hot

The USB connection on this gets very very hot while in use, almost to the point of burning your fingers. Thinking I got a dud, I ordered a replacement and no luck. Manufacturer refunded my purchase and said they would look into improving the design.

Poor quality adapter. Do not buy.

I tried giving this product a chance, but unfortunately this is a no-go. This adapter produces a very loud hissing noise on my OnePlus 7 Pro which makes listening to music at lower volumes impossible. Also, there is a lot of crackling and popping noises that happen at random. Save your money and just get the official OnePlus adapter. UPDATE: I was contacted by a rep for the company who offered me a replacement cable. Unfortunately I never received the cable despite being promised a replacement, so the 1 star review stands.
