is sugar free-----sweet free? no lab sweetner?

Hershey's Sugar-Free Chocolate Candy Bars contain Maltitol which is an artificial sweetener.

How is it packaged to keep from melting during transport?

If they are being shipped from Hershey, it is packed with a ice pack. It might be better to buy direct from the Hershey website or during cooler months; especially if no one is home to take in the package when it arrives to your home
