Maybe it's genuine leather, but I doubt it.
Maybe it's genuine leather, but I don't think so. It's very stiff. I put a small amount of neatsfoot oil on it and it didn't soak in at all. That's not what usually happens if you oil leather that is new and stiff. It matches the description as to size and type of clasp/hook. I wish it was softer and more pliable.
