VFM Chrome Ballpoint Pen

The green on this pen is gorgeous!! It writes very smooth, the color has not chipped or rubbed off after using it for a year, so it's a gem!! Gave one as a gift to another green lover and she loves it also.

Great ball point pen. Smooth writing. Comfortable in the hand. Smart looking. Also bought the grey version, which is very cool looking.

The pen fits nicely in your hand. However it is very smooth so if you start to sweat it will get slippery and make writing difficult. The black ink is on the lighter/duller side but it does write smoothly. This can easily be fixed with a different brand refill.

Nice pen in a nice color. I like that the Sheaffer company have been owned by Cross since 2014. What I disliked is that it came with a fine point refill, and had a medium point refill to put in it.

Pretty pen, but I don't like the Schaeffer ballpoint.

Super comfortable pen to write with, quality ink and easy to locate on my desk (because it's a white pen).

Sheaffer VFM Chrome Ballpoint Pen - The pen writes smoothly. I took a star off b/c there's a small rattle when the pen is in the writing "position" and IMO the spring seems a tad short/weak (especially in comparison to other cheaper pens. e.g. Pilot G2, Uni-ball Signo). Thus, you practically have to push the "clicker" entirely down the shaft to deploy the cartridge. Also, the pen is surprisingly light. It's no heavier than any of the aforementioned pens. For the price, it's OK and not worth the hassle of returning. Sidenote, the pen didn't come from the vendor listed. Had I known it was coming from where it did, I would have placed an additional order, LOL.

It’s a step up from a basic store bought pen. The color is pretty, but not as bright & vibrant as shown. It has an OK weight to it. Easy to hold. The ink it comes with is light and hard to see without pushing hard. It’s an OK pen. Substandard to ANY of my Cross pens...maybe better than a Parker pen. Thought I’d give another brand a shot (for the beautiful color and reasonable price) but, I won’t buy this brand again. I’ll stick to my Cross workhorse pens. Update: I ordered a new ink refill in blue medium point. It writes much more smoothly than the fine point. Much less pressure from my hand is required. I’d add a half star if I could.

Shaffer is one of the best pens ever, consistently dependable

I bought this for the peacock teal colour, as I'm a Harry Potter nerd and figured it's a good colour for a grown-up Slytherin. Lucius Malfoy would definitely like it. I've been making notes with it in my law degree textbooks, and it not only writes smoothly and feels comfy to grip, it gives me that bit of extra motivation to work hard at my studies, with my imaginary husband's approval :)

Nice Color. Elegant pen. A bit heavy for me but good size. Also the price was good.

Ein Schmuckstück von Kugelschreiber. Ganz aus Metall mit schöner Lackierung. Kommt in praktischer Aufbewahrungsbox. Gibt es in zahlreichen Farben - ideal für Liebhaber und Sammler. Werde wohl weitere bestellen.
