Are there any added ingredients?

No added ingredients but I was annoyed that it says it can't be guaranteed gluten free, as that was what I bought it for.

Could anybody tell me the nutritional value please?

I don’t know the full nutrition but I do know it’s very high in calcium. That is the reason why I bought it as I have osteopenia and it’s good for our bones. It makes delicious corn muffins and corn bread.
