Where do you plug it in?

If your system was manufactured after March 2019, lift the front cover with the display. look next to the display module and you will see a USB port. If your system was manufactured before March 2019, there is no port and this device will not work.

Do you need one for every zone or does one work the entire multi-zone system?

You will need a USB dongle for each wall unit.

My samsung tablet does not suport the app wich its compatible?

Did you download and install the NetHome Plus app? I have it on both MacOS devices and my Android Moto G6 phone, works fine on both.
