Definitely helped me sleep and not much does. I took off a star because after a year and some they had all turned dark red and kind of melted together despite the desiccant pack it came with. If I get them again I will put a few in a different bottle for use and freeze the rest to preserve it.

I have been suffering with awful leg cramps/muscle spasms and charley horses for years. This is a nice little melt that does just what I hoped and no more. No side effects, just takes the edge off of high stress days. I take one at bedtime with a small dose of melatonin, and sleep well. I am calmer during the day or in stressful moments that used to get my emotions out of whack, if you know what I mean. I can now view the rough situations with a calmer, more reasonable mind. I am a family caregiver and really get tested some times, lol. I don't care for the sweet taste so much, but it's not a problem.
