Good suggestions for connecting with yourself and nature.
I have enjoyed the insight this book give on contemplation in nature and how everyone needs natural environment to help achieve inner peace. I've been doing this sort of thing for years, this book helps refine the things I've been stumbling around with for so long.

Great!
This book reveals many ways in which we can find peace and practice mindfulness in nature. I love the way each charter delas with a certain aspect of naturen and is followed by a suggested way to meditate on that particular aspect.

Nothing new
I ordered this at the recommendation of a friend. However, I did not feel like it offered any new insights. Perhaps it would be helpful for people who don't have much opportunity or desire to pause and drink in nature.

Nodding off in the Wild
It's good, a little repetitive but the book doesn't seem like the type that is meant to be read from cover to cover. You must pick and choose your meditations.
