Light and supportive! I could carry it on me all day long. I definitely recommend it for those who seek a good product. I bought this a month ago and now I come back to say that insertable support panel has been really helpful. You can use it without the panel as well.

I was hoping that I would feel the cooling effect of the copper content against my skin. I wore this back brace against bare skin under my clothes, for that reason. It did support my back wonderfully! But I never felt the copper content as you do when you put on the knee sleeve (the "cooling" effect). Because of that, this is just like any other very good back brace. Also, I ordered the largest size. I am a woman who is 220 lbs and the largest one barely fits me.

I have siatic nerve pain and bought this to get releif. I put it on when I'm mowing grass and doing other outside work.I helps some, but does not relieve the pain all together. It seems to help me from my back from getting that tired feeling so you have to sit down. It may be perfect for what someone else needs that has a different type of back condition.

As soon as I put this on it felt great. Pain relief and suport were more than I could hope for. Its very comfortable, it doesen't cut into my ribs like others I've tried.

The Copper Fit Deluxe Compression Lower Back Support was exactly what I was hoping for. My lower back needed support during long periods of standing or walking, and that is what it does! It reduces the pain to a fraction of what it was.

My lowest two discs have issues. I purchased this in hopes of less pain. Im a little chubby in the stomach. It fits but I feel zero support in back. I had hopes for more of a tight spandex feel. It stays in place yet I feel no difference. No change if I make it tighter. It only makes me look chubbier; especially above the brace. Im reluctantly keeping it in hopes of a difference after losing weight.

My husband used it for one dayone day and it tour, it's ripped was very poor quality not wide enough so it doesn't provide the back support that he needs I think was a waste of money.

I really had my doubts but it really works. It relieved my back pain immediately. The Velcro closure can be uncomfortable against the skin if not aligned properly.
