my truck is 2014 normal styleside but it still says it doesnt fit , and i cant risk buying it. how do i know which one will fit mine?

Mine was a 2014 and fit fine with no issues. I’m not sure what the problem is.

How wide is this? What are all of the dimensions

I don’t know the dimensions, but I bought it for my 2010 F150 XL and it fit perfect. Easy to install too.
