This is a very good value for the size. I use it to make ginger, turmeric tea. It's good for the body.

This arrived today and I tried it immediately. Ginger offers many health benefits to a person but as a bachelor fresh ginger will go bad to often. I have high hopes for this. The test today went excellently. A tsp amount added in was very good. This should do well.

Flavorful, fresh, soft texture ginger powder seasoning. Powder sprinkles well out of the original container. Good value for quantity and quality.
