Halo ActionClix Master Chief & Arbiter Figure Preview Pack

Blast from the past. Crazy how you can just buy these new for like, ten bucks on here. It came in good condition. With a nice layer of dust on it of course. Very cool if you’re a halo collector or just loved Halo 3.

I am a Collector of Anything Halo and this Pack does not disappoint... Halo made Xbox and anyone that has Played from the First Halo, as did I, on the Original Xbox, knows that Halo is a wonderful Game and an Excellent Campaign. The later Campaigns were not as good as the original but it is Halo and simply a wonderful game to get lost in... There are many games like it but there is only ONE HALO...

I wanted this since I was a little kid when Halo 3 was released but I completely forgot about it until I saw it while browsing on Amazon. I saw it and I immediately checked the price to make sure it wasn't too expensive and when I saw that is was only $6, I had to buy it. I couldn't wait for it to come in the mail but when it finally did I was a kid again in 2007. Even to my surprise it was in MINT CONDITION! Absolutely no stretches, dings, creases, or and sort of damage at all. This is a must if you are a Halo collector!

As title states, your better off just collecting these if you are a true fan. No one I know even plays it, but the price for the detail is on par. I couldn't believe how detailed these little guys are, and for the beautiful craftsmanship I give this series a 5-Star. A MUST HAVE series for any TRUE HALO fan!!

Ok, I'll start off by saying I've never been a fan of clicky-tech ever since they dumbed down Crimson Skies & Battletech. However, that being said, I LOVE Halo & own all 5 games. Thus, when I say this at a cheap price I had to have it, even just for display purposes. The poses & styling are excellent. I'm not too fond of the lousey paintjob on the Master Chief though. I admit though that this pack got me interested in Halo ActionClix & as such I used some gift cards to buy the Hunter pack & 2 of the 5 packs. I played a few deathmatch games & when done right, the Master Chief & Arbiter are very well matched honestly. I played as the rules state of the first player to score 5 kills w/ the Chief winning by one. The game seems quite fun honestly, my only gripe is the map. It's just too flat. Halo is all about angles, levels, terrain, run & gun, make use of cover. This map does not convey that feel. I'm going to try to use my DOOM boardgame tiles for better options. Let me break down exactly what is in this preview pack... You get The master chief w/ Assault Rifle & his character card detailing his stats & abilities The Arbiter w/ energy sword & his character card a 15"x20" rules sheet w/ a map on the opposite side What else is needed to play... More figures 2 six sided dice spawn, loot, grenade & upgrade tokens more maps Thus the pack can be played right out of the box to deathmatch but to get the full fun of the game you HAVE to buy more packs. My biggest gripes are the complete lack of tokens & dice & the rules being on the back of the map so when you are just starting out you have to keep flipping it over & looking at it. As I said, when played w/ some real strategy maximizing the strengths of each character, the Arbiter being only close range & the Chief being ranged make a very challenging fight to the death. I'd say if you're a gamer, a fan of Halo or just want a cheap little game to play w/ a friend, pick this pack up as it's very cheap.

THIS WONT BE USED FOR CLIX GAMES.I BROUGHT SOME DIFFERNT HALO CLIXS TO BE USED TO DECORATE A SMALL 12-18 INCH CHRISTMAS TREE.EVERY YEAR I HAVE A CHRISTMAS PARTY/DINNER AND THIS WILL MAKE A GREAT CENTER PIECE SINCE MOST OF MY GUESTS ARE HALO PLAYERS.THESE FIGURES ARE MADE OF PLASTIC BUT HAVE INTRICATE DETAIL OF HALO CHARACTER APPEARANCE.NOT MADE FOR ROUGH PLAY BUT ARE DURABLE FOR COLLECTORS,CLIX GAME PLAYERS, OR TO BE USED AS A DECORATION

These are very nice little figures. I dont use them to play the game they are designed for. Instead, I have them on display on top of my bookshelf and they are a nice addition. I chose them because both master chief and the arbiter are iconic characters and because I needed something halo related on my shelf. They are detailed and will be a great gift for a halo fan or for yourself.
