No, it is absolutely not real wood. The entire thing is plastic. I cut into it with a Dremel to make modifications. There is no wood anywhere.

No, the device’s “bulb” is not removable, it’s an integral unit with the magnet, etc.

Can the bulb be changed to a more attractive luminous bulb?
