The cap’s on-off button is not working. Does anyone know how to make it work again?

Sorry.....same thing happened to me. I ended up giving mine away.

does it need batteries ?

No, and it kept the water I put in it hot for an just about 2 days. I just put water in it to test it out before I actually needed it. Basically a really good thermos.

Does anyone know if my MAM bottle would fit in this?

Yes, any bottle would fit in this.

Can it be used to scald breastmilk?

Yes, we used it to heat breast milk in bottles and there was no problem
