I have seen a couple of other companies selling this exact design and they will most likely have the same quality issues. Just void them.The one thing I can say about this product is that yes, it does move. But it only moves a inch or so in any direction. It uses a electromagnet and requires 4 AA batteries. It is poorly designed with terrible balancing of parts that don't fit properly together. The plastic (yes, it is plastic not metal) is cheap, came scratched and had flaking bits on it. Lastly if you try and give it any kind of initial push it will throw it's self apart. The only reason I am not giving it a 1 Star is because it just about moved. But don't expect graceful spinning for hours upon end, it just rocks a little back and forth.
