Looks nice but functions below average
This is a nice faucet and looks great in our kitchen but that's where the good stuff ends for this. Functionality-wise this faucet is pretty bad for the price we paid. The pull out spray hose doesn't easily snap back and attach to the main body after use—you have to forcefully push up and back in. And then after use, it still drips water for a couple minutes, especially after using the spray stream function (as compared to the one solid flow mode). I should have listened to other reviews like this and I would not recommend this product.

Selector switch failed repeatedly, company sent replacement but same problem
The company has been very responsive and helpful, but the switch for aeration/shower has broken repetedly after a few months of use. The company sent me a replacement head, but this one has also failed after ~6 months. Do not buy.

I am super picky and this is the faucet for me
Can't say enough about how happy I am with this purchase. My husband was very happy with the easy installation and the quality of the construction. It doesn't look over styled - quite timeless. All stainless versus parts stainless mixed with other materials. If you want style and a good faucet, this is it.

Broke within a Year; Warranty is a Sham
I purchased the Aylesbury Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet last year and it is no longer working properly. I had a plumber take a look at it because at first I wasn't sure whether the issue was the faucet or something else, but the water pressure coming from the faucet was extraordinarily low. It's so low that the water hitting the bottom of the sink isn't a solid stream, it's drips. Obviously, this makes doing simple tasks (like washing dishes, filling a pot, etc.) extremely frustrating and time consuming. After trying to fix the issue for over an hour, taking the easily removable pieces of the faucet off, cleaning them and re-installing them, the problem actually got worse. The plumber determined the problem was within the base of the faucet--most likely a faulty part.Luckily, VIGO has a 1-year warranty, right? Wrong. It's a parts-only warranty, which means that when I reached out to customer service to have my faucet replaced, they would not send me a new faucet. Instead, they sent me about half a dozen emails filled with instructions (Steps 1 through 12...) on how to disassemble this faucet to test each and every feature of the faucet to determine which part exactly was broken so that they could ~send me that single piece of the faucet~.I don't know about you, fellow consumer, but I am not a plumber. I am not even a handyman. I am simply someone who wants to rinse my plate in under 90 seconds. After many, many emails back-and-forth with customer service, who insisted that I didn't need any special tools to attempt to disassemble my faucet, they offered to have me uninstall the entire faucet and mail it to them so that they could perform quality control tests on it and then mail it back to me.The cost of having someone uninstall and reinstall this faucet is far more than what this faucet is worth. Save yourself the headache, and buy a brand name faucet. Instead of dealing with this for another four weeks, I am ordering a Kohler from Costco, and I highly suggest you do the same.

Nice design, Lousy durability, Horrible customer service
I purchased this a few years ago because of its cool design, that was a big mistake. The mechanic of the sprayer and the switch button failed shortly after about a year or so; Even though I hardly use the sprayer function, perhaps once a month. The button failed to switch back and forth completely, I would have to press it multiple times to get it done; and the latest condition is that it begins to drip from the sprayer holes, I have to switch it back and forth to get a good normal stream. Then I found the aerator ring to be rusted while I was doing my cleaning, it took 3 attempts to reach out to customer service before I got a response. I didn't complain about the sprayer button failure, my main concern was only the ring being rusted when they claim their faucet is rustless stainless steel. But their response was blaming on the water being hard, and I could fix it using vinegar and water. I tried and that didn't work, then they simply told me it's out of warranty or their warranty doesn't cover this issue. The metal ring costs about $2, the sprayer replacement as a whole only cost less than $15; I spent $150 for this faucet, but the product failed, and they don't care about their customers. I'd only go for Delta for their quality and service in the future.

Selector broke, handle broke and Nozel head is horrible to clean
I purchased this faucet as a bundle with a large farmhouse sink beginning 2017. I have had numerous problems with it handle falling off, selctor broken and faucet adaptor difficult to clean. It's the one piece on an entire bottom floor remodel that my wife and I wish we would have selected something different. I would not recommend in a high traffic location.
