Nordic Ware Prism 9-Inch Round Cake Pan, 2-Pack, Natural

My husband was a little wary of the textured top for baking, but cookies tonight turned out perfect! Didn't grease the pan, they popped right off with a plastic spatula, almost nothing stuck behind. And the pattern gently shows on the cookies which I got a kick out of.

I thoroughly enjoy my Nordic Ware Prism Quarter Sheet—no surprise, as Nordic Ware consistently delivers solid products. This sheet holds its structural integrity at high heat, exactly as expected. I chose it over Caraway’s ceramic-coated sheets and USA Pan, though in use I’ve found no real performance difference from USA Pan.I did mistakenly run it through the dishwasher once, which removed the aluminum finish. Fortunately, it didn’t affect safety or performance, but I now hand-wash it to preserve longevity.Overall, it’s an essential piece for both professional and home kitchens. Highly recommended.

Use it all the time. A bit hard to clean the baked on black stuff

I have boughten many of my baking pans from USA pans and have never been disappointed. This pan is worth the money for easy baking of cakes to casseroles. It's light and sturdy and seems to bake everything evenly. I have made many coffee cakes in the pan and they turned out great, love it.
