What a find! I was getting a bit despondent because I couldn’t find a gluten free black bean sauce, I even tried to make my own (disaster!) and then I discovered Yau’s. This is authentic tasting and utterly delicious. It comes highly recommended and I am very much looking forward to sampling more of your sauces. Well done and thank you!

salty not the normal taste you normally get, just buy the tins of black beans…… this is gelatinous salt with a few beans thrown in for good measure, sadly not nice and im betting not made for any Chinese market, with good sense not to buy it….. bought three 2 are in the bin
