Q: Ive had these sitting in my cupboard for the past six months. Eager to make something with them. Any recommended recipes?

I make turn overs, both salty or sweet. You can get the frozen dough circles ready to use or roll puff pastry about 1/16 of an inch in thickness and cut with round cookie cutter of the appropriate size. Tip: spray the inside of the crimpers with bakers joy before you place the circles on the crimpers. Don't over stuff. You can then bake for abour 30 minutes at 350 degrees or deep fry.

Go on YouTube and type in hand pies. You will see several different ways to prepare from an array of cooks.
