I bought these frames for my brother and I after recently acquiring a couple of fantasy art prints while on a trip, and, I have to say, I was quite impressed when I took them out of the box. They were incredibly well packaged, for one. There was very little room in the box for the things to move around, which is always a good sign that the product survived shipping well, and sure enough, they're in perfect condition. They are also surprisingly sturdy, considering the price, and they look great, in my opinion, again considering price. There is a good bit of glare on my print, but the print I framed has a lot of dark colors on it. I read a review that someone's frames arrived with loose/broken corners, but that was probably a fluke. The corners on mine are tight without any real gaps. Speaking of corners, the only real quality issue that I saw (and it's not even a big issue, really) was that the corners on one of the frames was pretty sharp, so you may want to be careful handling them there. Even so, I am very happy with mine and would recommend them to anyone who might be looking for some simple, affordable frames.

The media could not be loaded.  I was very pleased with the frames I received! I ordered 3 sets of 2, so 6 frames. Then were packaged 2 in a box. First, the 3 sets came together in one box that fit them perfectly. The boxes themselves were bubble wrapped.. Inside the box each corner had a heavy construction corner protector. and foam so it would not shift. Under this bubble wrap was shrink wrap holding the two frames together securely. Between the two frames was a study thicker foam board to protect the frame and glass. Every part of shipping these frames safely was taken into consideration. The frames are beautiful, have a removable matte, and easy removable back to add your picture or art. I would highly recommend these frames.

I normally buy black metal frames that cost about $35 each. I decided to give these a try and was pleasantly surprised. These are wood, cost much less, and from a short distance look just as good as the metal ones. It was easier to remove the backs and add the artwork than it is for the metal ones. I had doubts about ordering frames with glass by mail, and sure enough one of the four frames I bought arrived with broken glass. This was probably largely due to Amazon Fulfillment using an inappropriate box. The seller gave me the option of returning a two-pack for a full refund or issuing me a partial refund for the one frame with broken glass. I opted for the partial refund. All in all, they handled this well and I will probably buy these again.

We own a framing gallery, so my opinion is based more upon my experience with top-quality mouldings. We were looking for inexpensive ready-made frames online for a "starving artist" client, and were looking for wood frames - which is how these were advertised. Generally, the term "wood" implies solid wood. These frames are manufactured wood, (MFD Wood), which is a byproduct of wood chips and sawdust which is then pressurized and held together. A vinyl moulding wrap is then applied, to hold it all together. The reason we were not as pleased as we could be with these frames (we ordered 4) is that these frames do not support finishing hardware (screws loosen up quickly in the material) and ATG tapes and adhesives for backing paper do not stick very well on the slippery vinyl covering. In any event, if framing as a consumer, using the hardware that comes with the frames, one should be o.k. (see second photo). You may have to do minor touch-ups on the corners, but once on your wall, should not be noticeable.

I don’t review many products but given the reviews on these frames I was hesitant to buy them. However upon receiving them and hanging them O feel the need to give them their due. I looked at several stores for frames and at one point I was at a register with 3 $40 (each) frames thinking they were on sale and when I realized they weren’t I didn’t buy them. These frames were a fraction of that price and are much nicer. Some of the bad reviews are for what likely is damage during shipping which isn’t exactly fair to the product. Mine arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with the look and quality- and when considering the price paid I go to thrilled with the product. I highly recommend for a basic picture frame.

I used these frames for family photos and they look great. They are sized just as claimed and the HD glass make the pictures look great. I also know they are durable. One frame fell off the wall - thru no fault or defect in the frame - but due to a defective hanger. Even after landing on my tile floor the glass didn't break. I did end up replacing the frame but only because the slide locks holding the picture in broke thru the sidesof the frame and could no longer hold the picture and glass in place. My second set of frames look just as good or better. Both sets were nicely and securely packaged for shipping and arrived in perfect shape.

I have eight or so of these frames hanging in my den. So I suppose I should write a review. They look good, great value for the price. I have had one come in broken (Glass had broke) the company wasn't hard to deal with they sent me a new one. If memory serves me right I want to say they mailed the replacement out before I had mailed back the broken one. They're of decent quality, obviously glass and not plastic. Other than the glass breaking on the one. I haven't had any come in scratched on the glass or any damage to the wooden part of the frame.

Arrived broken, I had to pay for the return shipment!
