After one Year here are my thoughts : Pretty good
I’ve bought this bag since July 2024 so it’s been a year but I do love the bag. I’m an electrician who’s been working in the field for 7 years. I do want to point out I’ve mostly used this while working on scissor lifts or when I’m doing plugs and roll around on the 4 wheel dolly thing ( please don’t judge I try to work smarter not harder) I have a separate tool belt when I’m working while just standing up. I love using the bucket on the scissor lift. I rigged it with some clips and straps and holds on the railing. Much better than using a tool belt while having to have on a fall protective harness. It’s easy to carry and has lasted some harsh elements in commercial electrical field. Fits the tools I need for the specific task a some hardware or materials as well ( mostly tools I use for running emt conduit) and overall its functions like it’s suppose to.

Great Bag and Worth the Money!
I’m trying to limit my comments and Pics to things that are not already mentioned in other reviews. Pros -Durable, at 1680 denier vs. 600 denier in my previous bag. You get what you pay for. (Denier is thickness of individual thread used, a higher number is bulkier and a harder wearing fabric) -Pockets of variable depth 8” and 5”. Understand there is no room for power tools, this is a hand tool bag -Center pockets are tight which holds most screwdrivers at the base of the handle, which keeps the sharp points from wearing a hole in the bottom of the pocket - very nice. -Zipper pocket about 9.5” W 5.75” H x 1” D; One Driver Bit & Nail set storage pocket w/Velcro closure -The bag fits in a Ridgid Tool “Crate” 11 ” Wide, where I store it. -Measuring tape clip sits high up on the bag so it does not pop off when placing the bag on the ground. Electrical tape loop is very handy -Two Flexible handles open up the top for finding a tool and accessing it - Shoulder strap is included -Two Flexible handles make a heavy bag harder to carry than a “rigid bar” handle. (I like the access to my tools with these two handles that fold out of the way). The included shoulder strap solves this issue. -I wish it had a thick plastic lined pouch for chisels (so I need to keep them in chisel covers) -One or two 3” deep pockets would be nice for allen wrenches, band-aids & other short things. For now they have to go in the zipper bag, -Price is higher than some, but a much stronger bag with far better storage than my less expensive bag. Definitely worth it

Perfect bag for climbing ladders!
Well made! This WILL hold a DeWalt hammer drill (battery down) and plenty of room for extra tools. Well designed, especially for what I got it for, climbing ‘caged’ ladders up the side of the correctional facility I work at - the shoulder strap is what makes it perfect for transport up a ladder!

Perfect for fire sprinkler work
The main negative about this tool pouch for me is the weight which is due to the molded plastic bottom. I do like that this feature allows the bag to sit upright and protect it from dirt and water but the extra weight is significant enough to add to the fatigue of having your tools hanging from your shoulder all day. A few things that make this bag great is that the pockets are big enough to allow large hands to reach small items that may find their way to the bottom. The photo shows 4 cup & skirt style fire sprinklers stored nicely in these pockets which when empty, will flatten out and expose the full volume of the main compartment. I can carry 8-10 semi-recessed or ESFR heads in there and 20 or more commercial heads will fit no problem. As can be seen in the picture, the outer compartments will hold an 8oz bottle of pipe dope with room to spare and the tool sleeves will accept a ratchet and 12" Cresent wrench. The inner pocket is accommodating a 1 1/2" putty knife with the corners of the blade rounded off to prevent damage to the material. One thing that I wish Klien accounted for with this bag is a spot to keep a marker. The inner pockets are deep and will swallow a Sharpie. Every tool bag that I've ever owned had a marker/pencil pocket. I may update this review if I come up with a better solution than stuffing one of the pockets to make it more shallow. Overall, this is by far the best shoulder bag that I have ever used for my type of work. I doubt that there is a better solution to be found. Whether I'm installing sprinkler heads, pipe fitting or making repairs, this bag adapts very well to whatever the job requires. Highly recommend it.

Only a couple small gripes
I bought this bag after much research. I was undertaking a re-wiring job in my house and wanted a bag of purpose made electrical tools. Just the essentials and just high quality tools. I'm able to fit a couple of insulated flip-bit insulated drivers, a pair of Knipex forged strippers, a pair of 10" diagonal cutters, a pair of needle nose, a 10" ox claw bar, a multi meter, a penlight and a work light, some gloves, a milwaukee folding jab saw, a few drill bits, a measuring tape, a couple rolls of electrical tape, a marker, a non-contact tester, and two small bins, one with wire connectors and one with screws and romex staples. All of this fits without the bag feeling crowded. If I carry a cordless drill or impact driver I can do just about any residential wiring job I might want to do. The bag is super sturdy, well designed, and I like that I can either carry it by the handle or put it over my shoulder and grab tools as I work. The two things I don't like are: The weight, it is a bit heavy but I guess that's because its quality made. The one thing that I dislike the most is the location of the handle and strap attachment. It is right above the slots where I slide my penlight and non-contact tester. It makes it a hassle to get those things out when I need them. Other than that I'd say its perfect!

Solid pouch - small pockets, center pouch and a nice shoulder strap A+. 2 Lg pockets need work.
Overall a great bag, I think the outer 2 pockets need more structure to enable them to hold meters and the like. The strap is very nice - could be longer though as this will only work for a one shoulder, not across the shoulder for a guy like me. I love the inner and side pockets, plastic bottom lets it stand upright. The amazon price was much better than a distributor's which is always a plus for guys who have to buy their own kit.

Quality.
14 years industrial, commercial, residential HVAC service guy. Mainly residential and light commercial now, as im getting older. I love this bag. Its exactly what I thought it would be, with padded shoulder strap for climbing ladders and just everyday. Feels very solid, with a nice molded bottom, allowing the bag to stand up on its own, which is important to me. Overall, very nice quality bag, lightweight. Klein tools has never let me down. Recommend.
