This book is a must have for anyone wanting to start a business or for a seasoned retailer wanting to brush up on some things and improve the business they have! I have had my store for 18 years and Emily has chainged my life with her book and podcasts and her amazing wealth of information and positive way of teaching! I am making more money my business is thriving and growing and have learned so much from her! This book is well written and easy to read! Get it today and start growing your business!!

I felt like the majority of the information could have been covered in a live video or three-5 blog posts. The book seems unnecessary for anyone who can do some basic research via google. Even the websites in the back that she links to aren't even as helpful or insightful as I hoped. TBH, I've found better sources than the book offered. Expected more for having to pay for the book. Might be better titled: A Beginners Guide. or something similar.

This book is geared more towards those who want to open a brick and mortar boutique. However, there is some great information that online boutiques such as myself can use and apply to their business.

So glad I got this book! It contains tons of information all compacted in one book. I got the kindle version as I was so ready to get my hands on this material and learn as much as possible right away. It is a book unlike any others as it teaches about catering to your ideal customer, calculating prices, where to get your products, and how to market. Emily, the author, has a wealth of knowledge and shares it all in this book. The message this book conveys is not only applicable to brick and mortar stores, but also mobile and online boutiques. If you are considering opening your own retail store in fashion, this book will give you a great foundation. This book gave me the confidence I needed to start my boutique.

Received a fake reprinted version from Repro Books. The pages were bent and of low quality. Returned it.
