Only 4 stars because the radiator arrived without fittings and the web site product description didn't indicate that this was a 'one way flow' radiator - this isn't a problem for a completely new installation but my purchase was for a replacement radiator so when taken out of it's box was there were just 2 small labels indicating the direction of flow. It was either return the radiator (with the hassle that would entail) or to gamble as to whether it would work or not; chose the latter option and fortunately it worked.The Company were prompt to send the fittings immediately and arrived next day so good service from that perspective. The product looks good;

Absolutely love this radiator! Brilliant quality and very modern!Heats very well but doesn’t instantly burn you due to the coating on the outside!Will definitely be buying more when we do the rest of the house!

Look Great.I was getting all the radiators changed in my house but wanted something a bit different in the main bathroom. Ordered this from the seller through Amazon at a lower cost than my plumber could buy a similar type from a wholesaler so the price must be reasonable. The plumber also said it was decent quality so overall I feel like it has been a really good buy.Only thing to bear in mind is the heat output (BTUs) is probably slightly lower than a modern standard radiator of the same size so you might want to order a slightly large one (or a double).

Previously bought 3 other radiators of same design and colour, this 4th radiator has a rougher texture but colour is identical.Nice to know that 3 years later you can still get a matching radiator!

This radiator is perfect, wanted something that fitted with old and new and also one that didn’t have those dust collector vents in the top that you can’t clean and drive you insane. Everyone has commented with WOW, love that radiator.

A very nice looking radiator, well packaged. The description states it doesn't come with valves but it didn't mention it doesn't come with the bottom radiator connectors that connect to the valves, this was somewhat annoying as it did come with the top connections, ie a blanking plug and the bleed connector. This need to be made clear.
