Used it today to start a cheese sauce. I love it! I didn’t have to stand over the sauce pan stirring or whisking. Lately I have had some arthritis in some fingers. It’s perfect for us cooks!!!!

Just stayed in the one position and stirred. You’d have to use a small pot to stir all of the food or gravy. I guess I expected to much from it.
