Very sharp ... grates cheese and ginger super fine but the best is zesting lime/lemon. For the first time i zested lemon without scrapping the bitter white layer of skin. The product came super tasy usimg the zest from this grater. Highly recommend !

It’s not just for lemons; I’ve used it for garlic and other ingredients, and it performs every time. While the zester is amazing overall, I do wish the protective sheath was of a higher quality—it could be sturdier. However, considering the performance and build quality, this zester is definitely worth the extra money compared to others on the market. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe, which is a must for easy cleaning. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to upgrade the protective sheath. Other than that, this lemon zester is a game-changer in my kitchen!

Indispensable en la cocina de un buen chef. Es el mejor rallador de fruta del mundo. No vale la pena gastar en replicas. El original tiene filo que dura hasta que los gusanos te coman. No se desafila con nada. Soy fanatica y lo compraria una y mil veces. El placer de rallar un limon con ese producto no tiene precio ni comparacion
