Will 4/00 cover my grey roots into dark brown? What developer do I need to buy? Thanks

If you hVe more than 30% grey,you are better using for example 44/0 as this covers stubborn grey.BUT, shade number 4 is BLACK not brown 55/0 is a VERY drk browm almost blk & 66/0 is a true drk briowb..Similarly with 5/0,5/0 & 6/0. Use all of above with 6%,20vol in a 1:1 ratio..Definately come up ALOT more pigmented than the colour names..Hopes this helps

Hi You can use a 4% (10 volume) developer with your desired shade of colour at a1:1 ratio. I personally will wash my hair and have it dry before I colour so the hair is able to absorb the colour better but everyone has there own pretences hope this helps x.
