Q: Can this be washed on delicate and hung dry?

I've only washed mine once, but it went through fine. I didn't attempt the dryer.

Q: Im 5'1 and 105 pounds would this be too baggy on me? I dont care about cutting off some inches from the bottom so it wont drag.

It will fit fine, but yes, it will be too long. I'm 5'3", and it drags on the ground a few inches.

Q: Is it warm? If I wear it outside will it provide any warmth?

Somewhat, It;s a velvet like cape with a polyester lining, but thinner han a heavy traditional velvet cape.
