Fun Workout and Helps Develop Stability and Balance
I got into using the Indo boards a few years ago after I was in physical therapy for a sprained knee. As part of my rehab they had me do a lot of balance training on rocker boards. After I got out of physical therapy I looked for a similar product I could buy for at home to help further improve my knee stability. I found the original indo board and loved it. There are a lot of exercises these boards allow you to do and all of them improve your stability and balance. At first balancing can be a challenge, so make sure you have something you can use to stabilize yourself when you first try it out. Once you get the hang of it, you can roll from side to side, adjust your footing from wide to narrow, do squats and even walk from end to end. I purchased this board after I had a year of practice on the small board so that I would have more of a challenge to walk from end to end. The large diameter roller means you are a little higher off the ground and it's also a little more challenging to balance. If you're new to balance trainers I'd recommend you start with the smaller board first. This board can be a little more challenging for beginners.

I love their boards
I love their boards. I started using their boards last summer for indoor training while it's too hot to skateboard during the day. I took to them like a natural. Then last November I broke my leg skating. Since now I'm technically in a rehab situation I've utilized the Indo boards for muscle building and of course balance training. I don't know anyone else that uses these, so I learned a little from YouTube, and now if someone sees me on these boards they think I'm an expert. I am on board an Indo board about an hour a day. I love them.

When It Comes to Rollers, Bigger is Better
I bought my first balance board from this company about 20 years ago and have used it, intermittently, for two decades. I was surprised to find another with the same, large diameter roller, 9 inches, making it more difficult than the smaller roller. This thing is built to last.

Great product!
Product is well made and fun to use. For beginners, recommend using the Indo board adjacent to a chair/counter/other-stable-object to help maintain balance when getting on and off, or to catch oneself in the event it gets overly wobbly. It provides tremendous exercise as balancing fires all the muscles to keep steady. Can highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a fun way to develop leg and core muscles.
