Under Cabinet Lighting, Rechargeable Motion Sensor Light Indoor, 2 Pack Magnetic Dimmable Closet Lights, Wireless Under Counter Lights for Kitchen, Stairs,Hallway(7.48 inch)

I just got these a few minutes ago and I couldn’t wait to install them! My house has a really dark corner that bothers me, I have ceiling lights, but some times I just want something dimmer than them. My eyes are sensitive to bright lights, specially when I’m just waking up, or I sometimes just want something dimmer than ceiling lights in the kitchen. These are super easy to install! They have a magnet so the sticker part stay on there and you can remove them to charge them, then put them on again no haste! The remote is awesome, you can put a timer on the lights, dim them or make the brighter! And of course turn them on and off. What I did with the remote is kept the little bag it comes in put a regular little refrigerator magnet in the bag and stick it on the refrigerator so I won’t lose it, and kids can’t reach. I’m already thinking I’ll buy more in the future, to light some book cases in the living room!

After installing a darker colored backsplash over what was a fairly light painted wall in our kitchen, we decided some addtional light would look nice so we picked up this six pack of LED rechargeable strip lights for under our cabinets. These lights were a breeze to install, with some 3M tape on one end and a magnet on the other. The 3M tape adhered simply and firmly to the bottom of our cabinets (although they can be stuck just about anywhere via the same process) and the actual LED strip containing the lights affixes to the taped up portion via a magnetic strip. This strip is so convenient in that it allows the adhesive strip to stay in place while the light portion can be removed so you can walk around with it as a portable light or also to recharge the battery. Speaking of the battery, it is fully enclosed in the light strip and charges via a plug-in adapter (which for what it is worth, is the same sized adapter port as an Android phone). Each light comes with a charging cord with the adapter on one end and a USB on the other; you can either charge it via the USB or use a plug adapter, although the plug adapter is not included. Charging takes about 1.5-2 hours a light and once charged we seem to be getting about 10-12 hours of use out of each light. Each light has a manual power button on its front which changes color of the light between white, bluish and amber with a quick tap and the brightness of light with a long push. All of these controls as well as a timer function can be done with the included remote control as well. These are really great. We actually bought a second four pack of these very same lights for my parent's kitchen cabinets as well because they liked ours so much so if you are reading this review on the four pack listing, the lights are the same on the six pack and the four pack. I attached a few pictures of the lights on my house for reference.

Pro's: 1. Super easy to install. I like the magnet feature to remove the lights for charging. 2. The remote control feature is handy. 3. For instant, bright, and as a short-term lighting source, they work great. Con's: The only con I have with this product is that if you plan to leave it on for 30 minutes or more, the brightness diminishes quickly and must then be recharged. I found that it takes about twice as long to recharge as what the lighting itself lasts. I had under-cabinet rope lighting under my cabinets, which worked great as a constant lighting source and for ambient lighting. However, part of the rope burned out, which made me turn to this type of lighting.

These are the usb rechargeable versions with 20 LEDs, 10 white and 10 warm. Together on their brightest setting mix for a descent amount of lightning for my RV storage compartments. I find the ir sensor to work well and the ability to run independent of my batteries saves capacity for boondocking. These don’t have Motion sense rather are controlled by the touch sensitive on off switch or the remote control. The switch allows you to change the lighting modes which are 10 led white, 10 led warm 20 led mix and bright dim for each. I also tested them in the house for under cabinet lighting and found them to be good but not bright enough to thread a needle to if that makes sense. It’s better than a night light but not bright enough to do hobby work to. I have 2 setup in closets that don’t have lights and they are perfect. The versatility of the magnetic strip allows just about any mounting location. I have had them for a week or so and the batteries have not needed recharging yet so an update to battery life will be forthcoming. Not needing to keep a bunch of AA batteries around is worth it to me. These are quality built and feel really solid. I ordered a different brand from an auction site everyone by now knows, but those were cheaper quality, lower light output and based on the build quality probably not going last long. Anyway time will tell and an update will be made. 1st update: I updated this because I thought these had the motion sensor but it was the other ones I mentioned.

We have a number of cabinets and pieces of furniture to showcase glassware and china. These are terrific for them and under cabinets in the kitchen that don't have adequate lighting. Be forewarned--the adhesive strip with the magnetic strip that allows you to remove the light easily is virtually impossible to remove without damaging the finish of the wood. I solved the problem by placing a strip of good quality tape that sticks well but can be easily removed first and then placed the hard sticking tape with the magnetic backing on it. The battery doesn't last a long time, but recharging is easy through a plug in cable, without removing the batteries.

It didn't really exceed my expectations - but it didn't go too far below them either. I thought the colors would be much more noticeable but perhaps I bought something opposite of what I thought I was purchasing. My biggest complaint it the lights are nowhere near as bright as I though they would be. That being said, are they easy to assemble and clean? Yes! I also love the remote option which was extremely user friendly. I placed it under the cabinet that is over my kitchen sink to help light up the sink area when I do dishes. I now simply use it for ambiance purposes as I still end up needing to turn the kitchen light on so I can see the dishes. I don't know if it's simply too high from the sink? (roughly 10 to 12 inches) But I had hoped it would be an option to use in place of using the kitchen lights. I still think it's good perhaps for other purposes - but for what I'm looking for I'd most likely consider something a decent bit stronger. As far as the color option changes - Mine switches from what looks like running lights on a car - to a dimmer more yellowy light - to an incredibly orangey colored light - to a very LED looking brightness light. Even the brightest LED light on 100% brightness only reached about 4 inches before I needed to supplement it with the kitchen light.

A little before and after showing off the new lighting setup. This is my very first 1/6 figure, very first IKEA shelf, and very first lighting display. I researched a TON! And for myself, for my own OCD tendencies, I just wasn’t on board with seeing wires, I think it looks kind of janky no offense who is running wired setups but for me I just wanted something clean, simple, and very minimal looking in the aesthetic department. Plus I didn’t want to drill holes and run zip ties etc it just seemed like so much work. These wireless lights offer motion detection, cool and warm lighting, dimming capability, and are rechargeable. It’s exactly what I was looking for for my first figure display and I couldn’t be happier. Almost zero work involved, just mount it where it looks best easy peasy! This product was such a disappointment! I researched and looked around for months to decide on these. They were extremely easy to install and very nice the first time I used them. I ordered two boxes to do my entire kitchen, and was specially for Christmas dinner preparation with the family. I charged them for a day and the first 15 minutes they were great. Even the second 15 minutes later in the afternoon they were fine. But the third 15 minutes they died. I charge them and they just don't last more than 30 minutes or so and it is such a hassle to rotate four lights through two chargers. The point of the cordless lights was so that I didn't have to have lights plugged in! I didn't really want the expense of having to continually buy batteries, but I am wondering if those would at least last through a dinner preparation. This was ridiculous and such a disappointment on Christmas with the family in the kitchen. I gave one star because there were no "zero" star ratings, and because they are nice, but if you can not use them what good are they. I will be returning and letting everyone know NOT to go with these. I doubt that I will go with the rechargeable ones again in any brand after this!

These lights are perfect for what WE NEED ….. now you aren’t going to read a cool book at midnight!! Lol ….. but they give wonderful accent lighting, the colour choices are great and I have 4 sets that all work together off the remote as long as you stand back …. Would definitely buy again!

I expected larger lights but remarkably gives enough light for my purpose, under counter! Plus, they were easy to install!

Love these just wish I got the motion detected ones instead, but add a nice light to the kitchen.

I like the lights but they seem to loose their charge far too quickly… rarely on, but need to charge every few days in spite of that limited usage.
