Black Feather Fringe Trim Black

I just received my order and i am very disappointed as in the length described in the description verse what is in my hands. Feathers are no where near 7 inches. I was using these for a big project and expecting to length to be true to description. Now i will be looking else where. Waste of money if your looking for the right length.
