I love the idea of this kit, love the brand's ethos and was excited for the sterilizing cup especially having had a couple disasters in public bathrooms in my 15+ years using menstrual cups. Unfortunately, I'm shocked at just how uncomfortable the small cup is compared to the other 5+ brands cups I've used, so much so that I've had to stop using it after trying for a couple cycles. Tried to find a way to contact the seller but no joy. Everything else in the kit apart from the cups are great.EDIT: the team behind this brand truly are incredible. Absolute game changer. Easy to insert and remove. Can't feel it when it's in and no leakage. This cup is incredible and makes being on your period so much easier. 100% recommend!

Wasn’t sure how I would get on using these products, but actually, after a little practice it’s easier than I thought. You don’t feel them at all.Much better for the environment, and saves money in the long run.I love that you can leave them in longer than tampons. My periods are super heavy, and these work so much better than tampons.

Takes some getting use to, but I prefer these to tampons. they can leak especially if used at night lying down then when you get up but very comfortable and can use all day, easy to clean and better for the environment

I rarely write reviews but for this one I had to write. When I bought the kit I switched from tampons to cup I tried both the cup large one was fine but had little leaks when I used on heavy flow days I talked to pixie team with just couple of questions they sent me xl cup without any delay the customer service is excellent response within 24 hours. And I received cup in just 2 days.

The product is of great quality, and what you get for the price (lube, wash, 2x cups, bag, wipes, instructions, cup to clean, 2x small bags for travel with bag), is really good as well!This was the first time I purchased a period cup. Unfortunately, my cervix is really high, so I struggled a lot when trying to remove the cup. Personally, I couldn't get comfortable with the removing process, so I had to reach out for a refund. Customer service was quick to help out, understanding, and got things sorted, which I really appreciated.Overall, the product and service are fantastic, even if the product didn't work out for me as I had hoped. If you like using cups though, I would definitely recommend this set!
