Easy to use
This devise is very easy to use. I was afraid after I had read different articles about testing ground rods that it would be complicated and difficult to use. Not so, I like it!

62% Method to Measure Ground Resistance
Utilized the 62% method on ground rods and encased ground electrode, test results obtained with the Extech meter were as anticipated. Overall the meter worked well, care should be taken in locating the current and potential probes to ensure accurate results.

When I initially told my boss we needed to purchase this meter, he put up a little resistance to the idea. About 20 ohms worth. Now I know for certain when I will or will not persuade him to buy things, based on an accurate ohmic value.
