I bought this on a recommendation from my tall brother, because there don't appear to be any recliners in the entire city (I tried them all) that are tall enough for me while also allowing my feet to touch the floor. Unlike other beanbags, it puts its focus on holding its form more than on providing cushioning. This beanbag is great and I use it all the time. Also, my dog peed on it, really let loose, the whole thing just covered, and I took off the cover and tossed it in the washer, and it was as good as new.The only drawback is that I feel there isn't quite enough stuffing in it. It frequently kind of goes "sideways", where it turns into a little flat pillow. I haven't been able to master the art of wrangling it into the proper shape before sitting on it. I think it would help if there were a few more beans to keep it a little stiffer. But don't let this dissuade you, it's quite good.

It's more comfortable than our leather couch. Can seat 2 people comfortably. Canvas cover is washable but you need a large washer–I washed it in our front loader and it came out looking great. Wish I would have bought black because the sand color collects dirt very quickly.

Stupidly well made beanbags. Jump on them, throw them, feed them to your dogs, these will survive it. The cover itself has stained slightly, but that doesn't detract from the overall function

I also own a cordaroy's bean bag and I bought this one because I wanted something a little smaller and cheaper. I expected it to be soft like any other bean bag but it is not. The canvas covering is very thick canvas, which I don't mind because I expect it will hold up to my kids abuse. My problem is with the filling. I haven't opened it up yet but from using this bean bag it feels like it is filled with hard plastic pellets. This makes for a comfortable pseudo-chair but not a very comfortable bean bag. If you were to just flop down on this thing you might hurt yourself. I do like the cover so I am considering buying new filling and putting a softer material in there. The only problem is that this will increase the total cost and in that case I could have gotten a corduroys. Ah well, live and learn...

I love it, the dog loves it and it is pretty durable:) Was always looking forward to have one of these again and they still do the job!

Very nice beanbag. Material on beanbag is surprisingly stain resistant. Bag can be pounded into a variety of shapes, which is cool. Weirdly the bag did not come with any material explaining what shapes, etc. Would have liked a few ideas printed on the box or something.I think this one is double bagged as opposed to the regular fatboys-- this makes it easier to clean, but also makes it harder to hold its shape sadly.

EVERYBODY should have a Fatboy. Period.
