I could not be any happier than I am with this curling iron. BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Spring Curling Iron, 1 Inch I have very long hair that is semi-fine. It is not color treated, so it is not necessarily an easy curl. I have a BaByliss Pro Hair Dryer and Straightening Iron as well, so naturally I turned to BaBylliss when I got a new haircut and was in need of a curling iron. It did not disappoint. I have just had a shoulder reconstruction so it is difficult for me to wash my hair alone. Because of this I have been washing it only every 3rd or 4th day, using dry shampoo in between. I curl my hair with this the day I wash it and do not have to curl it again until 3 or 4 days later when I wash it again. It holds the curls for 4 days remarkably. I am so thankful as it is so painful to go through the process of washing, drying and curling my hair. I couldn't be more impressed with the hold. ✔️ CURLS HOLD FOR 4 DAYS - Curls that just won't quit. It's wonderful, especially having just had shoulder surgery. ✔️ HANDLE AND WAND ARE VERY LONG - You need this length if your hair is long and you are wrapping most of it around the barrel for beauty, loose curls. This is one of the most critical differences between this iron and others. ✔️ CORD IS NICE AND LONG AND HAS TANGLE-FREE BASE. ✔️ HEAT HOLDS STEADY AT SET TEMPERATURE. ✔️ HOLDS HAIR FIRMLY, DOES NOT SLIDE THROUGH.. ♦️ The tip on the end is disproportionately small. It is difficult to hold the end and avoid getting burnt. It could definitely be longer. ♦️ If left plugged in, even when off, the handle stays warm. This does scare me, I worry there will be a time I forget to unplug it. 🔶 Most BaByliss styling tools come with a carrying bag that is heat resistant, this one did not. If you are on the move and taking it with this is an issue. 🌐 OVERALLL: I am crazy about this curling iron. The pro's far outweigh the cons for me, thus the high rating. YES!! Finally!! I struggled with hairtools for a long time because I have very fine hair, and even with the more expensive brands Ive tried, there is not enough tension to securely hold the tiny wisps I want to curl. These are no problem for this curling iron!!! I can curl even the tiniest wisps with ease they look gorgeous and the curls last! The tension is perfect because if I do a tiny wisp - perfect curl. If I do a bigger section - perfect curl, AND it doesnt pull my hair or get caught. Love it!! Heats quickly, no peculiar smell while hot (I hate that) nicely designed stand and controls, so I am not accidentally turning it off while working. Very effective and thoughtfully designed with adjustable temperature for your hair type. So glad I splurged for this, my hair is also color treated, so I want high quality for this fine, feathery mane I have!! Very pleased with this, and would purchase again!!

As a woman of color with thick, processed shoulder length hair, many of the reviews were mainly from Caucasian women or unprocessed hair, so I left feeling mixed about the product, so I googled curling irons for women of color and the Babyliss Pro Nano, Titanium was at the top of the list of 5 others. Then I was a bit hesitant about the price, until I thought Amazon has a good return policy. So I took a risk, order on Sunday by 8pm and delivered Monday by 2:30, no other delivery service can top that speed. So, can wait to get the iron home and put it to work. Mind you, my hair is looking a little frizzy and I am having a hard time managing my split ends, so bad that I am at the verge of cutting my hair into a short bob. I was quite impress with how quick it heated up. The boost button didn’t seem to work well or maybe I was just unaware how to operate it. I did a trail run with running the curling iron through my hair to see how hard or soft it grabbed my hair. The the final step was to apply heat. OMG. I was so so so pleasantly please with the evenly distributed heat, how smooth and shining it left my hair after applying heat. I softened the root and only had to run the curling iron once slowly through my hair and boy I tell you my split end totally laying down. I got a one inch barrel and it left my hair with a bouncy with a nice salon look and professional soft curl. I am totally satisfied and absolutely love every feature. The last time I purchased a curling iron was back in the day when it was the gold barrel. Oh one more thing, I never felt as though the spring action on the curling iron was pulling my hair out or causing my split ends to break off even more. The spring action gently held and wrapped my hair around the barrel.

This curl and iron does work, but it doesn’t have a big enough and hold onto so you can burn your fingers quite easily. I just needed something quick cause my other one broke but it does heat up nicely and I do use the heat product spray so that it doesn’t burn my hair so far I’m liking it but I need one a little higher and quality That has a spindle on the end for the cord so I don’t end up with the same problem as the other one, probably gonna have to spend some bucks !!!!
