Fantastic customer service from John at Breckline. I ordered 2 of these and only needed 1. The other has sat in a drawer for 6 months until we needed it. It would not initially charge, but John walked me through some trouble-shooting to get it going. I know the margins on these are small, so they're probably not making any money off this sale. This type of customer service is so rare that I was moved to add my review. By the way the other unit has been A+ since day 1.

Had product put away indoors in my closet in its original packaging 📦 went to go use it now that I have a workshop for my business and the scan gun doesn't even work at all

Great buy for these scanners, but they were a little more beat up then described. Also batteries were dead on arrival. Hope the batteries hold up as promised

A pesar de ser un artículo renew viene en muy buen estado, no parece que fuera usado, lo único malo fue que la batería que traía ya prácticamente no servía además que no era la original, sin embargo bastó con comprar otra y listo, aún así por el precio que pague valió la pena 👌🏼
