A lesson learned. You may think you are helping by combining products when mailing, but a liquid product which broke can even hurt this supplement.

Allowed me to ditch steroids
I'd been taking steroids (daily) for years for chronic sinus/allergy issues. After switching to Quercetin-C, I have been able to ditch all steroids. I still take an occasional Benadryl or Sudafed but the emphasis is on occasional. No more nasal sprays but I do use a neti pot when I have a cold or congestion.
