I suffer from cluster headaches that painkillers don't really touch, and these are my saviour! The cooling sensation is so soothing and it sits comfortably on my forehead. It's so easy to use too. The only thing that's annoying is after 3/4 the cooling sensation goes and if you need to readjust it, it doesn't stick to your skin so well the 2nd time.I also used it whilst pregnant and its a brilliant and safe way to soothe a headache without taking any painkillers.

Really recommend these to help with a headache but also to just feel calm and soothing after a long stressful day.

Love these. Have suffered from migraines and headaches for over a decade and find these so helpful. Have used them for years and can be more helpful than some medications. I find them especially useful if I'm going to bed or for a nap and find it can really help the pain.

My wife had an operation on her forehead and there is nerve damage which takes months apparently to reduce this patch in conjunction with painkillers really does help you can use them a few times before they lose their stickiness. We keep the boxes in the fridge that helps as well.
