Excellent Pedals for Commuter Bike
The pedals feel sturdy and substantial, without feeling too heavy. These are quite a bit larger than the generic pedals commonly seen on cheap bicycles. This makes for a comfortable pedaling even with soft soled shoes. The surface has small knobs to provide grip without being excessively rough. The threads easily turned onto the cranks with a little grease. The bearings seem to be of good quality and the pedals rotate easily. The holes in the side of the pedal are generously sized and make it very easy to install a foot strap. The logos are subtle and the overall appearance is clean and attractive.

Durable, wide platforms that can take foot straps
Great pedals. I currently use these on my fixed gear, and I think they're perfect. Color is great, obviously, the white pedals are going to show dirt easier than other colors, but I'm amazed at how nice they still look after a ton of use. These are nice wide platforms, great for any sort of technical riding. I ride standing for the most part, similar to a BMX; and these give a nice, stable base.I wanted straps for my fixed gear, and these fit most standard straps. The pedals have a good weight to them. Very durable feeling, and so far, they haven't broken in any way. (probably have about 200 miles of street riding with these so far) I've broken cheap plastic pedals before, and I doubt that's going to be a problem with this set.

The Color Pops, and the Pedals Rock
I combined these with a set of Retrospec foot straps, and they work amazing. These platform pedals feel ridiculously sturdy, and show no signs of scuffs or scratches even after I prop my kickstand-less fixie up on rocks or curbs. The color pops, and hasn't faded either, even after being locked in the sun for 6-8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The bearings aren't completely smooth, but once you're riding, you don't even notice.I love these on my fixed Surly Steamroller, and would recommend them to anyone looking to add a pop of color to their fixie in addition to some solid platforms.

I've purchased two pairs & I think they're a good value
These are chunky, relatively heavy pedals; but they provide great grip and will do far less damage on your shins in the event of a foot slip off the pedal, compared to a pedal with metal studs. The heaviness of the pedal is actually an asset on my cruiser; they just feel substantial and solid in a good way, and allow me to ride wearing anything from tennis shoes to casual shoes and even with a pair of sandals with a good chunky sole, like a Tiva type.Bottom Line, for my cruiser - I love these pedalsI recently purchased a second pair for my combination cruiser/mountain bike which I mostly ride on gravel and paved trails, and on the street as a fitness bike. I have only used them a couple of times, and I'll update my review three months from now when I put mileage on that bike through winter.Bottom Line, for my mountain/cruiser/fitness bike - TBD in 3 months time from now when I update this review.By the way, each pedal has a stamp of either "R" or "L" on the the end of the threaded spindle; it's difficult to see but it is there.

Built to take a beating.
I bought these pedals to replace the cheap stock pedals that came on my 6KU Track bike. So far, they have been working great, rotating smoothly with no bearing noise, and they are wide enough to accommodate pretty much any shoe.Things I like:- The width. These easily fit my standard Vans, and they should be wide enough for even the fattest skater shoe if anyone still wears those. This also means that they create an extra large gate with my pedal straps, making it a bit easier to slide my shoe in.- The grip. The little nubs on these pedals provide a surprisingly solid grip. In fact, I sometimes find myself wishing my shoe slid a little more on these things so it would be easier to adjust my position. If you have been having problems with your shoes sliding too much on your pedals, these should help.- The seals. I like how tightly the bearing areas are sealed off from the outside. There is only a minimal gap around the threaded peg to allow rotation, and the end caps are tight and flush with the outer pedal surface. My old pedals' end caps fell out easily, allowing dirt inside the bearing area. These pedals seem to be designed to take abuse with minimal maintenance. What I don't like:- The width. Yup. This is both a like and dislike. It is great for ease of use, but I have noticed a slightly greater tendency to pedal strike with these. I tend to take sharp turns at a relatively high speed, and although I don't think the width increase from my old pedals to these is extremely noticeable most of the time, it is noticeable when I bang my pedal on the pavement taking a turn that would have been no problem with my old pedals. I am getting used to it, but be aware that these are wide enough to make a difference around curves, especially if you are riding a fixed gear.

High quality pedal
These fit on my bike very well. They’re very heavy duty. I’ve had no problems with them over the course of four years.

Great replacement pedals for a MTB
These are primarily made for BMX style bikes, but they work well for my wife's MTB as well. Unless you turn hard with the pedal in the fully downward position, you won't have any ground clearance/contact issues, so they are good to go. I also like the fact that they are molded plastic (uniform in color) so if they get scuffed or scratch, the color doesn't wear off or show through (since they are solid)--they get a good rating from me. Priced well and easy to install in a few minutes (anyone can do it).

Nice pedals
Used on my commuter/gravel/touring rig. Nice color choices and the plastic nubs won't tear up the soles of your shoes and shins as much as metal.
