Convenient
It's the best upgrade of gimbal I have ever had. Easy to calibrate (do watch the YouTube videos by DJI for a how-to) but it was heavier than expected. But then again, the battery life is great. Charge it overnight for around 1-2 days (could go up longer actually) of using it with no problem.

Great product
Works really well, it's very solidly built a bit like a tank so it probably won't fall apart and will likely last a long time even with a lot of use, the only criticism I can make is the weight, it's probably the heaviest gimble of its ilk on the market but not a problem if you're Arnold or a terminator ;) Seriously though despite the weight I'm not at all disappointed with my choice it has really powerful motors and the App that links your smartphone to it via Bluetooth is great and easy to use plus it actually works, there are lots of YouTube videos which I strongly advise you to watch which will help you set it up perfectly. I really hope they make another model out of carbon fibre which would bring the weight down by half at least, but if you use it for less than 15 minutes per shoot you'll be fine, hope this helps

Awesome bit of kit
Awesome gimbal. Once you have it balanced it is so easy to use.Instructions could be a little better. But YouTube great to help set up.Only disappointed with the fact that it does not come with a charger in the essential kit.

Good piece of kit
Not easy to calibrate with a Nikon D810 and a 28-300mm lens attached. This really pushes it to the limit and overall it is very heavy. But a good bit of kit.

Lives up to its reputation
Can be a pain in the a** to balance (the tilt motor is very fussy) but once you mount your lenses and make a note of the numbers on the arms it becomes pretty simple. Eliminates shake from handheld shots and allows for some cool moves like crane shots, barrel rolls, and handheld pan/tilt shots.

Stopped working after 2 months
Great product at first but after 2 months refused to charge and I have spent countless hours back and forward to the seller and now having to send off to the manufacturer at our own cost to get it resolved. Didn’t need it on my to do list. It’s taken so much time

Check it works with your camera before buying.
As a gimbal you can’t fault it but there is a major issue. The gimbal was originally bought to use with a pro Nikon, and that’s where the issue is. Currently DJI do not support Nikon, they do not make a connection lead so therefore you are unable to make use of all the controls on the gimbal. DJI have been trying to sort this for over 2 years. Before you buy for any camera check and look at the forums.
