After buying a house last year with a conservatory, we recently became aware that the birds like to bath in the gutter right above our washing line. Not only was our washing and the windows getting covered in dirty water out the gutter but other little surprises that birds would leave streaking down our windows. These are ideal, they allow the water to freely move within the gutter but they keep the birds out. That being said, they are pretty expensive for what they are, essentially a huge pipe cleaner, but they are well made and I'm sure will last as long as we need them.

First of all I had problems determining if this was the genuine article or not. What raised my suspicions was that the Hedgehog label was white - yet on an internet video they said look for the Yellow label to show it's genuine. A call to Easy Innovations (the actual makers) solved the problem. They have dropped the plastic yellow label in favour of an environmentally friendly paper one (white). Oh and just to complicate matters I think the supply chain is something like this: Manufacturer / Maker (Easy Innovations) > Approved Supplier (another company or another website) > Seller (Amazon). And a further complication - I see the link now takes you to Hedgehog Golf with a completely different logo (aaarrgghhh!!). Anyway after all this, yes it's genuine, it's easy to install and if you want to trim the wire it can be bent back on itself / cut.

Got this to tuck behind solar panels to keep pigeons out. Delivery slightly squashed it but simple enough to fluff it up again. Should maybe have ordered more! Hopefully no more pigeons now.

Needed two and this size for our new box gutter. Certainly stops the moss off the roof clogging up the box gutter. Using twine on the both ends it allows you to pull out for easy removal of leaves and moss, then pulled back in without having to climb on the roof.

I bought this a few weeks back, as a neighbours tree regularly fiils the guttering at the front of the house with leaves, blocking the down-pipe and causing a waterfall over our front door. was easy to fit and kept securely in place with the addition of the clips I bought. After last night's storm there was no sign of a pond outside our front door for once. Gutters were kept clear and flowing freely, as was the downpipe.

Living around trees across the road is a nightmare when it comes to Autumn & Spring, as far as leaf-litter in the gutters are concerned! This product seemed to offer the best protection overall as well as value for money. It was easy to fit too, although needs to be pushed firmly into the gutter & partially under the leading tile-edge, to prevent it 'springing-out' of its own accord! It certainly does seem to prevent leaves & seeds entering the gutters but I notice they all clump-up on & behind the brushes in-situ which is a bit unsightly but overall, the brush does seem to be effective. Only in absolute downpours do some lengths of gutter 'overflow' with water between the downpipes & it's awkward for me (at 68) to actually see the cause, when prior to installing them, the gutters were swept clean. Next Summer, I'll try pulling it all out & de-leafing and checking what has been causing the clogging ... seeds or grit from the tiles ... and I'll update accordingly.

The rear of my house suffers with moss on the tiles which then fills the gutters, when it rains it eventually fills the drain with alot of mud/silt. Eventually water cant drain away and floods the garden. Now with these installed, moss no longer drops in the gutter and is keeping the drain clear and allowing water to continue to drain away. Great idea and worth while purchase.

We used this product to keep our gutters clean and to stop birds sitting on the gutters and soiling the patio, it seems to be working so far . This product is a quick and easy fix .
