Are the rings actually made of iron or are they just huge binder rings? (I got this from one of the reviews saying they got binder rings)

Yes definitely binder rings. Very noisy too. Is like shaking the rings in box.

How do you open those rings? I have been trying for an hour already but i can’t open them

They’re similar to binder clips and should come off if you pull them at the junctions in two different directions.
