Just an inferior product to those produced domestically like Allen Brothers. They profess it to be Australian Wagyu--and may very well be, but I've not had a product in the category which originated there, all I can say is buyer beware. Crumbly patties--literally coming apart on the grill. Dry and flavorless taste. Not much use for leftover creations either.
